If weather is bad at check-in (wind over 25 knots and/or
raining), booking can be postponed or fully refunded.
Captain can cancel the charter if safety is a concern.
All charters are based on an 8 hour time frame, starting
from the scheduled departure time, no earlier than 10am
and ending before sunset.
